Examples of our leading research include our E-shopper Barometer: the widest e-commerce survey on European e-commerce trends and behaviour, revealing the evolving expectations of over 24,000 e-shoppers across 22 countries in Europe. The B2B Barometer is a broad study of delivery experiences, the first of its kind, featuring 2,200 interviews of small and mid-sized European businesses, not to mention sourcing patterns and B2B delivery expectations.

Finally, Driving Change is all about people.
