Zagreb | DPD Croatia, a pioneer in many innovative delivery services, presents its new delivery option of self-service parcel lockers within Lidl stores, which enables fast and flexible parcel collection where and when it suits you best, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. DPD has introduced this option in eight major Croatian cities, and plans expansion.

Simply select the nearest DPD Pickup Station within one of the selected Lidl stores and collect the parcel whenever you want via the Direct4me partner application. The advantages of DPD parcel lockers are countless - availability 24/7, simplicity, discretion, reliability, security, and completely carefree delivery. Users receive a notification via Viber / SMS, e-mail and via the Direct4.me mobile application, and they can collect their parcel within three days and at the time that suits them best. If the consignees choose delivery to DPD parcel locker, they can save valuable time by doing two things at once and collect their parcel at one of the Pickup Stations within the nearest Lidl store in addition to the daily purchase. Fantastic options, everyone will agree! The trend of collecting parcels at parcel lockers has already risen in European countries, and DPDgroup has a respectable network with over 5,500 Pickup Stations across Europe. They are currently most popular in the Baltic countries, where there are 483, in France and Finland more than 400, and in Spain there are almost 200.

DPD Croatia's Pickup location network includes 522 locations - there are 395 at INA alone, 109 at Petrol, and with the acquisition of Crodux by Petrol, there will soon be significantly more. "Our plans are big, and we want to have 1.000 Pickup locations and 200 Pickup Stations throughout Croatia by 2025.
