8 March 2021 - International Women’s Day is celebrated on 8 March and on this very special day, DPDgroup is committed to highlighting its European Customer Care network with a team made up of passionate women who are so inspiring and key for us!
European Customer Care network is comprising 2,000 employees who take care of cross-border customers. Samira Bouhani is leading and coordinating the team as our wonderful European Director of Customer care.
“After working 10 years in internal Audit and Finance, I discovered Customer care and my passion for serving customers began! I love taking care of the agents as well as of our customers!” she says.
Our European customer care network is made up of around 20 amazing women (and some fantastic men), and their relentless determination is helping the Customer Care department constantly improve.
Despite a huge spike in customer queries with the Covid-19 crisis and country lockdowns, these women have exhibited an incredible amount of empathy, agility, proactivity and strength to provide customers with the best service possible.
“Without our Customer Care agents, we could not be there for our customers. That’s why we should take care and support our agents all around the world!” explains Florence Hanna, DPDgroup’s Customer Relationship Expert Europe.
