The situation in Ukraine has aroused strong emotion we share across DPDgroup, an international business historically rooted in both friendship between peoples and exchanges across borders.
Throughout our network, our employees have created individual and joint initiatives to bring relief to the people of Ukraine.
Standing with them, DPDgroup demonstrates its support for the Ukraine population by donating one million euros to the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement through the French Red Cross. This commitment will be part of an agile response to humanitarian needs, providing support now and over a longer-term.
In addition, DPDgroup is supporting the emergency food aid provided by FEBA’s members in Ukraine and in the neighbouring countries (Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia) by donating two hundred thousand euros to the European Food Banks Federation. The group is also encouraging its staff and their family members, be they employees, customers or local partners to join the initiative: DPDgroup will match every €1 donated up to two hundred thousand additional euros.
