Geopost recognised by the Financial Times ‘2025 Diversity Leaders’ ranking

Group News 13 November 2024

Geopost is proud to make its debut in the Europe’s 2025 Diversity Leaders ranking by the Financial Times and Statista, recognising the top 850 companies committed to diversity and inclusion. This distinction honours organisations with notable progress in diversity, and Geopost is proud to be part of this prestigious list.

Based on a large survey of over 100,000 employees, this ranking evaluates companies on key aspects of diversity and equality—including age, gender, ethnicity, disabilities, and sexual orientation. In addition to employee feedback, the ranking also takes measurable indicators into account, such as the proportion of women in management and diversity-promoting communications.

Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is central to Geopost’s values and a key pillar of its Employer of Choice strategy. Geopost operates in more than 50 countries and builds on the diversity of its teams: the headquarters alone proudly embraces people of 22 nationalities and its federator model is based on several communities, with representatives from each business unit. For the past three years, Geopost has conducted an Employee Engagement Barometer to measure and reinforce this commitment. Last year, 82% of employees felt that Geopost genuinely values diversity, while 85% agreed that individuals are respected regardless of their profile.

The results of Geopost’s upcoming Employee Engagement barometer are set to be released in early 2025.
