Since 2016, we’ve been fostering better business through our Driving Change strategy, our collaborative plan to deliver progress for planet, people and communities. The 2023 Sustainability Report shares the progress we have made over the last year towards our sustainability goals.
This year’s report focuses on how, amongst others, we are working to deliver a net-zero future, with over 9,000 low-emissions delivery vehicles on the road, and how we’re working towards a future where everyone feels included and empowered to reach their full potential, via our employer of choice programme. Throughout the year, we continued to integrate sustainability thinking into all aspects of our business and, looking ahead, we will continue to look further at the role data plays in our sustainability efforts.
