With the aim of supporting the growth of its operations, Jadlog, one of Brazil's largest break-bulk transport companies and one of the leading e-commerce logistics operators, is starting an investment plan worth more than R$100 million to set up a new Hub in São Paulo.
Already under construction, the new Hub will allow Jadlog to more than double its operational capacity to process and dispatch around 30,000 packages per hour. With the structure to expand automation processes, the development will reach the highest level in terms of technology and intralogistics processes.
‘The new Hub is strategic, as it will more than double our current capacity, as well as bringing operational efficiency and gains in competitiveness,’
says Bruno Tortorello, CEO of Jadlog.
‘It will be state-of-the-art in terms of technology and processes, bringing together the latest in the world and within the Geopost group, Jadlog's parent company,’ he emphasises, stressing that the structure is ideal for serving, for example, e-commerce.
The Hub will be set up on a 50,000 m2 plot in the Perus neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the Tietê waterfront and close to the Rodoanel, guaranteeing a smooth flow of cargo via the highways and airports.
It is expected to start operating in the first half of 2026, and once the work is completed, it will have 20,000 m2 of built area, housing 82 docks, 2,000 m2 of mezzanine for offices and 5,000 m2 of support area. The sorter, one of the largest and most up-to-date in the world, will be over 310 metres long to handle goods weighing up to 35 kilos.
‘We are continually investing in improving our operations, expanding automation and the use of new technologies, to gain more speed and productivity, always in favour of the best experience for our customers,’ says Tortorello.
Jadlog's new venture is expected to generate more than 550 new jobs for the region, with work opportunities on three shifts a day.
