Loïc Bonhoure joins Geopost as Executive Vice President in charge of Finance and Acquisitions

As of 1 September 2024, Loïc Bonhoure joins Geopost as Executive Vice President in charge of Finance and Acquisitions, reporting to Yves Delmas, Chief Executive Officer.

 

Loïc Bonhoure was previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer of La Compagnie des Alpes, a listed company partly owned by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (42%). Founded in 1989, La Compagnie des Alpes is one of Europe's leading leisure companies, operating the largest ski resorts in the French Alps and a range of leisure destinations throughout Europe. 

Commenting this appointment, Yves Delmas, CEO of Geopost and Executive Vice President of La Poste group, stated:  

“Loïc brings with him a broad experience in finance gained in different types of organisations, and a strong business orientation acquired in a very competitive and challenging market. All this, combined with his knowledge of our Caisse des Dépôts / La Poste group, will contribute to the continued success of Geopost.”

Loïc Bonhoure takes over from to Stéphanie Berlioz, who joined the Executive Committee of La Poste group, becoming in June 2024 Executive Vice President, in charge of Finance.

A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of rue d’Ulm, Loïc Bonhoure, 45, is an engineer from the Ecole des Ponts, des Eaux et des Forêts.

He began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture, notably as head of the budget office.  

He then joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of strategy, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.  

Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of this institution since 2014, he led the strategic operations which enabled a profound reorganization of the Caisse des Dépôts portfolio (in particular the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of La Poste and creation of the bank-insurance company La Banque Postale-CNP, acquisition of 49.9% of RTE, among other operations).  

He joined La Compagnie des Alpes in 2019 and has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer since 1 June 2021.
